Running for Congress in The Texas 14th Congressional District should I Make Texas City my Primary residence As far as electricity and regulatory matters go in light of recent events and price gouging, Should an argument for "free market" continue such companies should be subject to a stress test as banks and any other industry is. In addition barriers to entry of such industries should be re examined and in the spirit of capitalism have anti-oligopoly measures in place where a consumer may select multiple plans and will full disclosure of variable rates of such company going back at least 5 years and spike average in the area, and 10 if the company is older than so. I do believe in a small tax that already comes out of the mortgage taxes for a social utility backup system where companies may write of weatherizing their equipment and the small tax maintains appropriate reserves that if even triggered, the socially sustained backup charges the electric company in full at supply and demand rate of such failure which would then be issued as dividend reimbursements to the homeowner for bailing out the grids electrical social trigger.I do believe in healthcare for all but If we already pay the most in healthcare in the world than the solution is not more taxes it's better management. I believe in LGBT quality, and all black lives which includes a police body to protect black women from trafficking, abuse, domestic as well as systemic. I do believe in Protection from discrimination pertaining to housing, employment and also believe in religious freedom specific to the sanctioned 501 c3 institutions specific to institutional character defining roles. If the sincerely held belief practiced states an opposition to same sex marriage and it is well Documented prior to any incident, and such belief is respected 1) EQUAL WEIGHTED to all other institutional beliefs, that should be their right. If its not equal weighted than the Discrimination practice lies in the selectively abiding text. 2) If the person's sexual orientation or gender identity has no implied correlation in the role in which they are applying for and the identity of the Institution such discrimination should be examined. For example it would be violating my own and the Catholic Church sincerely held believes if I applied to be a sex education teacher at a catholic high school. However if I was their account, there is no feasible correlation between my role and the Institution's implied identity. With that said, like the Democrats I am against shielding religious institutions accross the board from discrimination lawsuits but like the republicans, should all beliefs be equally practiced and weighted In accordance to their own doctrine they should be free to hire as they choose. Should their doctrine however have a stance against gluttony for example as well as same sex marriage arguably equated in citation of their own doctrine and such person be hired but not the LGBT one, I would leave that to a court to decide if such text is disproportionately at that point discriminating on one and not the other. As far as education goes I do believe in student debt forgiveness, less because of economic reasons but rather because of the societal misrepresentation of economic fulfillment it would provide. Financial literacy comes with a disclosure that there is no guarantee it would be profitable or fulfill the return on investment even when all stats point otherwise, Colleges should at the very least be subject to the same. If you purchase a product that does not deliver, as well you are eligible for a refund and even regulatory complaint, colleges at the very least should be held to the same standard by the sheer nature of "excellence" they tote around. My reason therefore for debt forgiveness is more align with the republican deductive reasoning than a democratic economy equality one. Moving forward like Trump suggested free college is the wrong question it's the barrier to entry and productivity delivery we should focus on. I personally value education above all but is "institutional education" something we still value with the same regard? For this reason, like Trump I believe in subject matter apprenticeship and testing, in CA for example you can take the Bar Exam to practice law without having had gone to law school. If you can pass the test and compliance you should be able to practice, if one is not good the free markets kick in and it would provide true democracy and upward mobility based on will, not based on barrier to entry which is what disproportionately affects communities of color. Again, a more conservative stance for the same outcome. I don't personally believe in abortion but I would be tone deaf to not believe it will continue to happen and for that reason would vote in favor of first trimester abortion responsibly because of undue burden, because it is a public heath risk to the mother and baby to use hangers and travel across state lines and it won't stop happening just because its Illegal, for that I also support it being state or non profit sponsored or subsidized (because of realistic, practical and public health and safety reasons not because I support it or agree, I personally believe the unborn baby has the same constitutional rights to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness, Spiritually i believe energy cannot be created or destroyed and the essence and soul of the baby would be re-routed rather instantaneous) so that is a Democrat stance with conservative Deductive Reasoning. Along with that stronger sexual education to adults in counseling or senior year as well as financial literacy, opportunity cost and home economics in 6th grade. When it comes to trans in the military I do support it to a limited extent not due to homophobia or transphobia (obviously) but to protect them more than anything and their ability to access the proper medication they need in case of combat. Many people cannot join the armed forces including those with ADHD for this exact reason, not because of homophobic administrations. With that said, if they really want to serve I would vote for them too so long as they sign a waiver and thorough understanding that they may not have access to the medication they need on demand. That is a hybrid stance not a moderate one due to Reasoning once again. However like the previous administration I believe brokering world peace is the goal not like the current administration war mongering rhetoric but like Marianne Williamson another Democrats we should have a peace oriented task force and invest far more in our citizens than we do in war. If the average American isn't prospering there is very little to protect anyway. Like Trump I support big stimulus for the average American like Bernie I believe we should explore having public alternatives like USPO delivering lending services where all people regardless of color who are economically constrained be able to access lending resources at the same rate as banks or slightly higher, like the republicans doing so in the spirit of democratization of capitalism. If the fed can broker who is the judge jury and arbiter of approvals to the banks, surely they can do a little bit of underwriting math only to those who have been denied by at least 5 institutions to keep us from the "socialism" boogyman and can provide the denial letters, this would also incentivize Bank willingness to work with more people rather than packaging trash derivatives to sell amongst one another betting against their own customers. Interest Rates lower than what would have been prior to higher risk borrowers with similar scores can be tax write offs for the banks to further incentivize serving the public and still capitalize from the risk taken and directly with interest rate right offs. Meaning, If mortgage rates at 2% would give someone a mortgage at 5.00% today to someone with a 600 credit score, but upon such bill writing it for 3.5% make the bank eligible to do a tax write off for the remainder 1.5%. For someone who would not qualify for a home, allow them to rent from bank owned for 3 years at a rent control rate should they be able to provide an excess 3% a month of the rent toward the then down payment and eligible to buy the property at the end of the term by closing the gap and give the bank a write off of their high risk interest in totality upon financing should they remain as high risk then. Any and all censorship should revoke social medias platform Protections as it pertains to section 213 unless calls for something overtly Illigal which may be Prosecuted by law then and there which if so it could be hidden with documentation of the police report and removed permanently upon conviction. It's also really dumb to remove the platforms because now how is anyone going to find these alleged terrorist? Unless ofcourse that's not something anyone ever truly believed. With that said if I close on this house which I likely will, I believe Ivanka Trump Donald J. Trump Ted Cruz and others should back me in unseating the Texas 14th congressional district and I would love for democrats like Bernie Sanders and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Kamala Harris to back these proposals as well as they're really fresh practical outcome orientated as well as overcoming concerns on both sides rooted more so in what united us that devides us. The reason I would maybe run Republican is because I agree that proper election investigation procedures were not met in deflection by the riots and I won't apologize for FACTS. There is no corralation between the alleged Insurrection and voter fraud or lack thereof, there just isn't that's just a statement of fact regardless of how sad or tragic such events may have been. If we treated all acts against Government establishments around the world with the same vigor, as well as all lives lost from our military men not over their sincerely held believes but rather fighting someone else's war then maybe acts of overt intrusion to Government building around the world would of never been normalized. Those chickens coming home to roost ALL establishment Government officials, democrats and republicans have a very heavy hand on. Treat the Afghanistan war the same and maybe I would believe the Histrionics and performative outrage. I don't believe in violence but there's no correlation between voter fraud or lack thereof and the events of the capitol on Jan 6th.
